HVAC Technician II
About the role
Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician II in Charlotte, NC, supporting commercial HVAC systems including chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, package units, split systems, exhaust fans, and heat pumps.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
- Ensure optimal system performance in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with the maintenance team to meet safety standards
- Support client satisfaction and contribute to building efficiency and comfort
- Conduct routine assessments, system repairs, equipment installations, and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Adhere to manufacturing standards and safety regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, and air handling units
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is a plus
- Valid State Driver’s License and CFC Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain)
