HVAC Technician II
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and service repairs on customer equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using standard HVAC tools
- Work on RTUs, split systems, and packaged units (light-to-mid tonnage)
- Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with customers
- Follow safety standards, codes, and ABM procedures
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance background
- EPA Universal Certification
- A valid state-issued driver’s license
Qualifications
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients
Skills
- Exposure to chillers
- HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
