About the Role
All residential HVAC work—installation, maintenance, service, and repairs for gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geothermal systems, and indoor air quality solutions. If you don’t enjoy working with people, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities
- Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
- Accurately diagnose problems in clients’ HVAC systems
- Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
- Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
- Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job
- Maintain company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out

Pay
$55,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year with commission and bonuses.
