HVAC Technician – Entry Level

About the role

We're adding a Residential HVAC Service Technician (training provided) to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed HVAC training or has up to two years of field experience and wants to continue developing their service skills. You'll work primarily throughout Collin County, keeping your routes close to home rather than spending your day traveling long distances.

Responsibilities

• Performing HVAC maintenance and assisting with residential repairs
• Developing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Learning proper repair and service procedures
• Working alongside senior technicians on more complex calls
• Communicating professionally with homeowners
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly approach in the field

Requirements

• HVAC trade school completion is strongly preferred
• 0–2 years of residential HVAC or closely related experience
• EPA certification, or the ability and willingness to obtain it promptly
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in learning the trade
• Basic hand tools
• Dependable, professional approach and positive attitude
• Comfortable working directly with residential customers

Pay

$22–$26/hour, depending on experience and training. Clear opportunity to advance into higher-level service positions with $70K+ earning potential.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. As you gain experience and become more comfortable in the field, you'll gradually participate in a limited on-call rotation.
