Responsibilities

• Diagnosing heating and cooling system issues
• Performing repairs and routine maintenance
• Completing service calls efficiently and professionally
• Explaining recommendations to customers in a clear, friendly manner
• Maintaining accurate service records
• Following company procedures and safety standards
