Responsibilities
- General maintenance of all HVAC systems.
- Performing repairs on units including replacing mechanical and electrical components and troubleshooting issues with units.
- Keeping detailed records of installation of new units, repairs made, and service schedule for all units.
- Installing new units, troubleshooting issues with current units.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months experience in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration maintenance and/or installing and repairing refrigeration and heating systems.
- Experience troubleshooting issues with units.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months experience in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration maintenance and/or installing and repairing refrigeration and heating systems.
Skills
- Experience with multi-tasking.
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC and Boilers.
