About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues.
• Diagnose problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform necessary repairs and replacements as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Experience with refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
