HVAC Technician - Baraboo Area

About the role

We are partnering with a heating and air conditioning company in Baraboo, WI to add an experienced, reliable HVAC Technician to their team. In this role, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure work is completed safely and according to local codes
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC Technician experience preferred, but not required
• Technical or trade school training is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Schedule

Employees will start each day at their Baraboo, WI location and travel to job sites in company vehicles. This is a Monday–Friday role with usual hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30–5:30 PM, based on the day's schedule.
