HVAC Technician

About the role

As the primary point of contact for customers, you will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start HVAC systems on-site. You’ll coordinate with team leaders and clients to understand project requirements, diagnose issues using advanced tools and blueprints, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards and managing company assets. Flexibility is required, including overtime and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5+ years of HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training in HVAC systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices
