About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to oversee service and installation projects in residential, manufactured housing, apartment communities, and light commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Leading HVAC service, repair, and installation tasks
- Diagnosing and repairing heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
- Performing maintenance, unit turns, and occupied service calls
- Mentoring and supporting other technicians
- Ensuring work compliance with codes and manufacturer standards
- Completing documentation and managing truck inventory
- Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Over 3 years of HVAC service experience
- More than 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience in residential, apartment, manufactured housing, or light commercial HVAC
- EPA 608 Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
