HVAC Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to oversee service and installation projects in residential, manufactured housing, apartment, and light commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Leading HVAC service, repair, and installation projects
• Diagnosing and repairing heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
• Performing maintenance, unit turns, and occupied service calls
• Mentoring and supporting other technicians
• Ensuring compliance with codes and manufacturer standards
• Completing service documentation and managing truck inventory
• Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience with residential, apartment, manufactured housing, or light commercial HVAC
• EPA 608 Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
