Pay
Base Salary $65,000–$85,000 per year + uncapped commission

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience in accordance with industry and state licensing standards.
- Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals.
- Deliver quality care and aftercare, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educating users on best practices.
- Perform checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning of hearing aids and amplification devices.
- Achieve practice growth through sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical standards.
- Conduct local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
- Maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets in collaboration with your PCC and Manager.
- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care, including conducting remote hearing tests and coaching patients.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
- Operate audiometric equipment, interpret results, and communicate findings clearly to patients.
- Participate in leadership and mentorship programs, including the Amplify Leadership Program for one-on-one guidance.
- Mentor or proctor the next generation of hearing care professionals.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
- Comfort working in a sales-focused clinical environment.
