What's the Job?

Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities
Conduct proactive performance testing to ensure optimal operation
Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent system failures
Respond promptly to control room alerts and troubleshooting requests
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities

• 2-5 years of HVAC technical experience
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, flow control, pumps, and spouts
• Safety awareness and adherence to safety standards
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• GED or High school diploma
