HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Respond quickly and professionally to service calls
• Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs
• Read schematics to understand system layouts
• Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns
• Build and assemble refrigeration units when needed
• Build and assemble refrigeration units as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of refrigerants
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC experience in commercial or industrial environments
• Massachusetts refrigeration license or certification
• Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to refrigeration systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience repairing refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment
• Knowledge of environmental regulations related to HVAC/R systems and refrigerants
• Able to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members
• Valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience

Pay

• $40.00- $50.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 2:00pm - 10:30pm
