We provide engineering, installation, and maintenance services for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems across various industries including hospitals, data centers, manufacturers, financial institutions, universities, office buildings, and more.
Job Summary
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Summary: Provide maintenance and repair of HVAC systems including RTU's, chillers, boilers, VRF's and IAQ systems on a commercial scale.
Pay
Pay Range: $30.00 to $40.00 per year
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify problems with heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial customers.
- Carefully examine the equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment.
- Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry or a minimum of 3 years providing maintenance and service on HVAC equipment.
- EPA certification.
- On-call availability.
- Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.
