HVAC Technician

About the role

Responsible for all HVAC systems on campus, including preventative maintenance, service, and repair.

Pay

Appropriate placement on the ACCS Salary Schedule, Grade 3: $47,029 – $65,218. Salary placement within this range is determined by documented years of full-time related work experience.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Friday 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Adjustments to scheduled work hours may be made by the appropriate administrator.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or college transcripts confirming educational requirements)
• Certification in Universal Refrigerant
