Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and pride.
• Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable and calling you back.
• Document work in ServiceTitan to keep your day running smooth.
• Pursue certifications as needed—we invest in people who invest in themselves.
• Work independently, own your route, and represent Pioneer with professionalism.

Requirements

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

$90,000–$100,000+ per year (base to potential with incentives).
