About the Role
This is a full-time, 12-month non-exempt position within the Physical Plant department, reporting to the Physical Plant Director.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
- Install new HVAC units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
- Ensure optimal performance, adherence to compliance standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent General Education Development (GED) Certificate.
- Knowledge of acceptable maintenance procedures and understanding of occupational safety and health regulations.
- Must possess and maintain state HVAC licenses/certifications.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license.
