HVAC Tech - Service Advisor

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Tech - Service Advisor to join our team in Anderson, IN. Since 1969, our knowledgeable and friendly service professionals have delivered high-quality assistance at reasonable rates. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction as we service and replace residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and plumbing systems across Indiana, with expansion into Dayton, OH, and eastern Illinois. Responsibilities

• Begin each day by preparing for scheduled in-home consultations using company-provided tools such as an iPad and FieldPulse
• Visit homeowners to assess their comfort needs, present HVAC replacement options, and conduct system evaluations during maintenance and service appointments
• Educate clients about system features and energy efficiency, and offer financing options to help them make informed decisions
• Represent Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling with integrity and a customer-first approach, guiding homeowners toward effective solutions
• Respond to emergency service calls as necessary

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• Comfort Advisor or HVAC sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust and guide customers through important decisions
• Valid Indiana driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Professional, motivated, and solution-oriented attitude

Pay

This full-time opportunity offers competitive hourly pay, performance-based pay, and SPIFs, with total earnings potential ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, and top performers frequently exceeding this range.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, with scheduled in-home consultations
• Participation in an on-call rotation for emergency service is also required
