Responsibilities
- Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.
- Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.
- Responds to after-hours emergencies, manages power outage procedures, and strictly follows safety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinates with personnel regarding work orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operating condition.
- Dedicates 20% of the role to participating in meetings, training workshops, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate of trade school.
- EPA License (Level I).
- 2 years of related experience, or other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
