HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings.
• Work may involve any of the following:
• Install Ductwork per SMACNA standards, ATU, RTU and Split Systems
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Must be able to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Must be able to work 40 hours every week and overtime as needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and regular attendance
• Must have the ability to work on a team and interact with people
• Must be able to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
• Must have the ability to travel to job sites and occasionally have overnight stays
• Must pass a background check and drug test in accordance to our Company Substance Abuse Policy
• Must pass a pre-employment fitness test

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy
• Must follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures
