About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform repairs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance checks
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools
- Experience with refrigerant handling and leak detection
- Knowledge of electrical systems
