HVAC Service Warehouse Associate

Primary Responsibilities

• Aid in the daily shipping schedule and conduct inventory checks.
• Deliver materials and equipment to and from jobsites.
• Assist with loading and unloading tasks.
• Communicate with third-party partners on behalf of the team.
• Perform receiving duties and record part orders.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments, providing timely and effective communication.
• Assist with tool repair and maintenance, including breaking down HVAC equipment and organizing scrap metal.
• Conduct refrigerant recovery and maintain records in compliance with EPA 608 regulations.
• Offer feedback and recommendations to managers for operational improvements and implement action plans as directed.
• Participate in general shop maintenance, cleaning, and organization activities.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• Tools necessary to perform the work.
• Chauffeur’s license preferred.
• Ability to obtain EPA Section 608 certification.
