HVAC Service Technician (Waukesha)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Maintenance/Service Technician who is ready to step out from under a lead and start running their own calls with a company that trusts your expertise. Responsibilities

• Work independently to provide high-quality maintenance on residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform comprehensive system checks and filter changes that meet the "Edelman Standard."
• Educate customers about their system’s health and the value of our maintenance agreements and enhancements.
• Track your progress with dispatch, complete service forms accurately, and work toward career advancement goals.
• Maintain a safe, well-equipped company vehicle and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months in HVAC service with the ability to run maintenance calls solo.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screens.
• EPA Certification (or commitment to obtain it quickly).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Willingness to meet performance goals and participate in 20 hours of training per year.

• Independence and ability to make decisions in the field.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in educating customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to earn NATE certifications and meet sales metrics.
• Radical honesty and pride in thorough, high-quality work.
• Desire to develop high-level diagnostic and technical skills (e.g., soldering, troubleshooting).
