What You'll Do
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
- Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- A professionalism that takes pride in work and appearance
- The ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
- A willingness to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
