Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems—including reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage
• Install HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan)
• Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC service experience
• Outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
• Professional appearance and pride in work
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
• Willingness to submit to and pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test
