Responsibilities

• Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps
• Diagnostics and Troubleshooting - Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues
• Routine Inspections - Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
• Customer Interaction - Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions
• Record Keeping - Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
• Safety and Standards - Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance

Requirements

• At least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods
• Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Certified EPA and have a valid HVAC technician license
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history

Qualifications

• Service Titan experience preferred

Skills

• Technical skills in HVAC systems and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer interaction and problem-solving abilities
