HVAC Service Technician - Residential

About the role
The HVAC Service Technician - Residential is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
- Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
- Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
- Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
- Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in service work.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred: Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.

Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. Must be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
