HVAC Service Technician - Residential

About the role

Responsible for providing HVAC service and repair solutions to residential customers. This includes diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems in residential homes
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• At least 2 years of related experience in HVAC or similar field
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Good physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
