HVAC Service Technician - Mechanical

About the role

Morrison Inc is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in geothermal and traditional HVAC systems and are looking for a dependable technician with strong mechanical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and a professional attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC service experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning systems, and controls
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license required with clean driving record
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Geothermal experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company policies

Schedule

Full-time Monday-Friday
On-call rotation may be required
