Responsibilities
- Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Present options on new HVAC units
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC Service Experience required
- Must be experienced in trouble shooting, repairing, and selling HVAC
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors

Pay
Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year (hourly plus commission; no salary cap).
Schedule
Full-time. Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to San Marcos, TX before starting work.
