HVAC Service Technician

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose equipment, complete repairs, and provide homeowners with a professional service experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and accurately identify equipment problems.
• Complete repairs and service work efficiently and according to quality standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and help customers keep their systems operating reliably.
• Explain equipment issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations in a way homeowners can easily understand.
• Document completed work and communicate effectively with the office team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while working inside customers' homes.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Pay

Compensation includes $30‑$40 per hour, based on experience, with performance‑based bonus opportunities. Technicians who consistently perform at a high level can reach $120,000‑$130,000 in annual earnings through a combination of hourly pay and incentives. The position offers consistent, year‑round employment with no seasonal layoffs.

Schedule

Limited on‑call responsibilities; no on‑call shifts after 8:00 PM. The role provides consistent, year‑round work with no seasonal layoffs.

Qualifications

• 1‑2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
• High standards for workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable, positive, team‑oriented approach
• Strong communication skills when working with homeowners
