HVAC Service Technician
We have designed our service offerings to fit the needs of building owners, property management companies, operating engineers, and engineering firms in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. Providing service and installation for HVAC mechanical systems and building automation systems. Working in commercial offices, light industrial, hotel & hospitality, health care and critical facility operations.
About the role
Performing service, maintenance, and repair on commercial and light industrial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems including boilers, chillers, pumps, AC, rooftop units, split systems, and water-sourced heat pumps.
- Communicate clearly ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers
- Report to TRYG service manager/supervisor
- Provide outstanding service to customers
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Dispatched from home to job site
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Low Voltage License (desired)
- Ability to work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
- Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School (desired)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Pay
$40.00 to $60.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm with on-call rotation once every 10 weeks.
