HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various types of HVAC equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide efficient service solutions
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
• Work with other members of the team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
• A strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
