HVAC Service Technician

In this dual-role position, you'll perform diagnostics, service, and installation of HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and install a range of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, tuning, and system adjustments
• Complete emergency and warranty repairs with professionalism and urgency
• Interact with customers to explain findings and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and take emergency calls as needed
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Own basic hand tools (PPE provided)

Systems & equipment experience

• Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Commercial and Residential Split Systems
• Ductless Mini-Splits
• Standard Residential Heating and Cooling Systems

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday. Some weekend and emergency call availability required.
