HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout each service call.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications (Journeyman license and NATE certification sponsorship available).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard‑working, motivated attitude.

Pay

Technicians can earn over $45 per hour, with a competitive base salary and bonus program. Top performers can exceed $100,000 annually. A sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000 is also offered.

Schedule

Full‑time, year‑round work with flexible scheduling options, including multiple shift opportunities, flexible days of the week, and 4‑10 hour shifts.
