Responsibilities

• Travel to residential customers’ homes to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Provide courteous, professional service that reflects Snell’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation

Technicians can earn up to $45+ per hour, with bonuses and incentives. Top performers earn over $100,000 per year. An up‑to‑$5,000 sign‑on bonus is available for qualified hires.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
