HVAC Service Technician

About the role

Snell Home Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who are passionate about problem solving and customer service. Technicians work directly in residential homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair heating and cooling systems, and perform preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes to address HVAC issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and clear communication.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications (Journeyman, NATE preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard‑working, motivated, and reliable.

Compensation

• Up to $45+ per hour with bonuses and incentives.
• Top performers can earn over $100,000 per year.
• Up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
