What Our HVAC Technicians Do

• Travel to residential customers’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service throughout each service call.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly pay up to $45 +/hr, with top technicians earning over $100,000 per year.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
