HVAC Service Technician

About the role

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to represent the company in Redlands, CA. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with 5 years preferred. They must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check, possess strong customer service and communication skills, and have a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems for Redlands, Banning, and San Bernardino area clients
• Provide 5-Star Service to customers, educating them on home comfort systems and indoor air quality solutions
• Advise customers on cost-saving measures and ensure peak performance
• Represent Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating in a professional manner
• Work in a fast-paced environment, taking pride in work and being trustworthy and respectful

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, 5 years preferred
• Willing to undergo a drug test and background check upon hire
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Motivated to work in a team-oriented environment
