About the role
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems to identify issues
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and service calls
- Recommend suitable heating and cooling solutions
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and local codes
- Communicate effectively with homeowners about system performance and repairs
- Deliver professional customer service during all service activities
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification or ability to obtain it
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
