Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present clear and honest repair options to homeowners
• Complete clean, code-compliant, high-quality repairs
• Communicate with customers in a professional, confident, and respectful way
• Document work thoroughly with notes, photos, and job details
• Cookordinate with dispatch, parts, and install teams to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain company standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism in every home
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and support

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Pride in workmanship and personal accountability
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A team-first mindset with a willingness to grow and improve

Benefits

• $25-$38 per hour based on experience, plus weekly profit-sharing opportunities
• Typical annual earnings: $75,500 - $117,500
• Our HVAC Service Technicians, on average, make $96,500 a year
• Four-day work week (10 hours a day) or five-day work week (8 hours a day) available

Pay
