Responsibilities
- Detect and resolve residential HVAC system malfunctions.
- Execute routine maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems.
- Install, replace, and upgrade various HVAC units and components.
- Ensure adherence to local and national HVAC codes.
- Handle ductwork, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
- Proven diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence and decisiveness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Compensation
Annual compensation range: $80,000 - $150,000+, with potential for additional commissions and bonuses.
