Responsibilities
- Detect and resolve residential HVAC system malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
- Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
- Adhere to local and national HVAC codes
- Handle ductwork, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Confidence and decisiveness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Compensation
Annual compensation range: $80,000 - $150,000+
Commission and supplemental pay opportunities available.
