HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Detect and resolve residential HVAC system malfunctions.
• Execute routine maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems.
• Install, replace, and upgrade various HVAC units and components.
• Adhere to local and national HVAC industry standards and codes.
• Handle tasks related to ductwork, ventilation, and indoor air quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and strong customer service skills.
• Confidence and decisiveness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000+ annually, including commission and supplemental pay opportunities.
