Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues on commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, VRF/VRV systems, air handlers, and exhaust systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, such as filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks.
- Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Valid driver's license

Pay
Compensation Type: Base Pay (Not including Bonus/Spiff pay)
Hourly Pay Range: Min: $27.00 / Max: $36.00
