Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands‑on residential HVAC service experience
• Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
• Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred); WA 06A Electrical Trainee Card will be provided if not already held
• Valid WA State Driver's License with a clean record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini‑splits, air handlers)
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and communicate professionally with customers

Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately, documenting work in ServiceTitan or similar field management software
• Provide honest, transparent recommendations to homeowners and present repair and replacement options
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a premium customer experience on every call
• Manage truck stock, tools, and parts inventory
• Follow all safety protocols and local code requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs
• Support installation projects as needed

Pay

$70,000 – $120,000+ per year (base + commission)
