About the role
Mountain Home Services is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join a team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system
- Give customers options and pricing for repairs
- Order parts for install purposes
- Collect payment upon completion
- Ensure quality work is completed to local and national codes
- Serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results-driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Service Titan experience preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Current first aid/CPR certification

Pay
- $25.00/hour + 10% commission + 3% on HVAC TGLs + 2% electric/plumbing TGLs
