HVAC Service Technician

Moore Mechanical, part of the MM Acquisitions group, is a leading HVAC and plumbing contractor serving West Michigan. With multiple office locations across the Lower Peninsula, we continue to grow while delivering high-end residential and commercial projects, including multi-million-dollar custom homes and commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems
• Install heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings
• Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions
• Ensure systems operate at maximum efficiency and performance
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, labor, and service recommendations
• Work independently while maintaining company quality standards
• Use tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and safely
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic construction practices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18 required

Pay

$28 – $38/hour (Based on Experience)
