Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep customers comfortable year-round.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues with confidence.
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
- Complete service calls accurately while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit.
Requirements
- 3+ HVAC service experience required.
- EPA Certification required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.
- NATE Certification is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
